• Provide root-cause analysis and deep-dive troubleshooting for broad issues affecting Mac, Windows and Linux devices remotely and face-to-face.
• Systematically test problems and solutions in virtual and hardware environments to ensure the reliability of solutions.
• Stay up-t0-date on best practices and carefully document troubleshooting steps and root-cause analysis to ensure a thorough knowledge base.

• Configure, deploy, monitor and maintain several production and test servers running a variety of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Use automation tools (including Ansible and Unimus) to make configuration changes to 1500 fixed-wireless devices.
• Create bash and Python scripts to make repetitive tasks easier and less time consuming.
• Manage network-wide projects that involve upgrading and maintaining switches, routers, and wireless equipment at more than 80 network sites.
• Deployed two Bind9 DNS servers on RHEL 8 and worked closely with the network engineer to ensure full functionality and security.
• Have a strong working knowledge of networking concepts.
• Maintain careful documentation of all network and server changes. This includes Netbox, spreadsheets, Google Docs and flow charts.

• Deployed logging and monitoring solutions for more than 1,500 WAN devices using Graylog, Grafana & Prometheus.
• Implemented Ansible to help configure new server deployments and Unimus for deploying routers and other networking equipment.

• Upgraded old network infrastructure to be fully-managed and secure.
• Migrated from a consumer NAS to an enterprise NAS for business use.
• Implemented file management policies that enabled efficient use of space and enabled broadcast systems to integrate into end-user workflow.
